Frank X. Asphar immigrated to the United States from the island of Malta just after WWII and had the amazing foresight to identify the need for companies both large and small to ‘outsource their mailroom’. Bulk Mailing Service continues to serve, with the same love and commitment to excellence inspired by this magnificent man.
